Serious Eats: Talk
Now that I've got myself into playing with all these powders, I'm fining that my gram scale isn't precise enough, especially since I'm making small batches of these preparations, and cutting down recipes intended for a restaurant kitchen's output. I need a scale that is accurate to at least one tenth of a gram, preferably one 100th. There are so many to choose from, mostly seems like they are for the jewelery business, and I know nothing about them. Does anyone here use one? Have any recs? I'd hate to spend a bunch of money on a crappy one.
