Where do I get the wood for a brick oven?
My parents had a brick oven built for their house with the intention of churning out pizzas every weekend. We've learned how to use it by some family in Italy who were using the wood from trees on their property. Now that we're back in New York, we have no idea where to source this stuff.
Anyone have a good connection/some knowledge on where to get appropriate pizza wood?
