What is everyone making for valentines day?
I've got a black forest cake in mind, and a little tasting of (supposed) aphrodisiacs: Spiced dark chocolate truffles, raspberry-rose truffles, dark chocolate brownies with fleur-de-sel caramel, soft vanilla bean cookies with a port wine glaze, and chocolate covered strawberries injected with champagne gelée. Corny? Sure. As delicious as it all sounds in my mind? Time will tell!
