Non-Barbecue Restaurants in Chicago Grilling with Hardwood
Hey everyone, with summer here, I was wondering if you had favorite non-barbecue restaurants that cook with actual hardwood. There are loads of places with gas grills, and even quite a few that use charcoal briquettes. But I just had dinner at Taqueria Ricardo in Hermosa and was thrilled to see that everything was cooked over hardwood.
Any other places around town like that?
