What Culture's Cuisine Have You Been Making?
Sometimes I find myself inspired by a local foreign foods market or a new cookbook, or I get bored with my usual flavors and want something new.
Lately my Mexican-American neighbor has been giving me some of her leftovers, and I've been reciprocating with Italian food of all things. I don't know how I fell into a few weeks of Italian cooking! I usually avoid eating Italian at restaurants...
