Suggestions for a glaze/baste for ham
I'm making one of those bone-in pre-cooked hams for dinner, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a spin on a glaze, or a rub, or a baste of some kind that doesn't involve the usual sticky, gloppy, cloyingly sweet stuff they package with the ham. I'm open to trying some unique flavor combinations!
