"Caviart" Seaweed Caviar?

Anyone tried it? Just for fun I purchased 3 jars of it that I've yet to open: "Wasabi", "Chili", & "Balsamico".

While I know that it's not perishable like fish roe (supposedly has a fridge shelf life akin to pickles), I've been hesitant to pop open a jar because I'm frankly at a loss as to what to use them on apart from baked potato &/or canapé garnishes.

Any other ideas?
